U.S. President Joe Biden meets Wednesday in Poland with leaders from NATO's eastern flank to show support for their security. The group known as the Bucharest Nine includes Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
