A Russian court denied bail Tuesday for U.S. reporter Evan Gershkovich, who was arrested on charges of espionage, for which he faces up to 20 years in prison. Gershkovich appeared in a Moscow court to appeal his detention on spying charges. Gershkovich and the U.S. government deny the allegations.
