Iraq Thursday sharply criticized a U.S. drone strike in Baghdad that the U.S. military said killed a leader of Iran-backed militant group Kataib Hezbollah. U.S. officials say he was “responsible for directly planning and participating in attacks on U.S. forces in the region.”
