U.S. President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris traveled to Pennsylvania Monday for a joint Labor Day campaign rally with union members. Harris said that the U.S. Steel factory – that Japan's Nippon Steel is seeking to buy – should remain domestically owned.
