The U.S. Justice Department says Boeing has agreed to plead guilty to a criminal fraud charge stemming from two crashes of 737 Max jetliners in 2018 and 2019 that killed 346 people. Boeing will have to pay a fine of more than $243 million and invest more in improving safety.
