Zimbabwe: Reports say cases of malnutrition have jumped to around 20 percent in Mudzi after President Emmerson Mnangagwa declared a state of disaster in May. Severe droughts, worsened by the El Nino phenomenon, have left at least 7.6 million in need of aid.
