VOA60 Africa - Liberia: President Weah and his opponent Boakai headed to runoff next month

Liberia’s electoral commission says incumbent President George Weah and opponent Joseph Boakai are headed to a runoff next month after neither man won the recent election by an outright majority. With 98% of votes counted, the two are in a virtual tie, with about 43% of the vote.
