VOA60 Africa - Kenya: 60,000 people "severely affected" by flash floods

Sixty-thousand people, mostly women and children, have been "severely affected" by flash floods and 4 people have been killed, according to the Nairobi County governor's office. Residents also blocked a main highway to call for government aid and action.
