VOA60 Africa - Floods and landslides kill at least 127 dead in Rwanda

At least 127 people have died due to floods and landslides caused by torrential rains. Most of the fatalities occurred in Western Province, which borders Lake Kivu, where homes and infrastructure were destroyed and roads were closed.
