Imental health ikhanya kuyinto esihluphile kakhulu lapha kwele Zimbabwe."
UNkosikazi Grace Muthembwa ubhujelwe ngumkakhe lonyaka, ulokhu ehlulukelwe njalo indlala ingenile emulini yakhe.

"Mina ngibona ukuthi kuyabancedisa ngenxa yokuthi yonke into iqalele engqondweni. Ingqondo ma zingahlalanga kuhle akulanto ozangayenza. Ngakho-ke i-workshop ibisilimukisa isifundisa nge stress management ukuthi lathi senelise ukuziduduza njoba imiholo yethu ye-Zimbambwe akulamuntu ongakwaziyo ukuthi ama teacher we are the least paid. Imiholo yethu iphansi, so, khonokho okuncane lemfundiso le esesiyitholile kuzasincedisa ukuthi sikwamukele kunjalo."
UMnu. Peter Nyathi uthi impilo yababalisi inzima ngakho abakufunda kuloluhlelo akusoze kubancede kakhulu.
"Udubo esihlangana lalo njengababalisi yikuthi asisakhangelwa njengabantu ikakhulu elizweni lase Zimbabwe ngoba imali esiholayo incane besokusiba labanye abantu abenza imisebenzi engaqedakaliyo kumbe singathi ayiqedakali kodwa abazuza imali edlula eyethu. Inhlonipho yomuntu ongumbalisi eyayikhona lakudala ayisekho. Awungeke utshele umuntu udatshukelwe ukuthi benze lokhu kumbe umbonise lokhu uzathi uzangibonisa njani wena unje, engxenye wena odatshukelweyo njengombalisi uyabusubonakala njengohlanya lawe."
Umkhuhlane weCovid-19 wenza abantu abanengi bahlalele evalweni behlulukelwe okwamagama. Ukuvalwa kwezikolo kwenza abantwana abanengi babelemkhuhlane wengqondo labo.
UNkosazana Fundile Nkala uncedisa intsha ekulwisaneni lomkhuhlane wengqondo koBulawayo lezabelweni zemaphandleni.
"Ngenxa yeCovid 19 sithole ukuthi kunengi kakhulu abantu abadlula kikho abazali labantwana. Khathesi ngenxa yeCovid 19 kulabantwana abanengi abacina beyekela isikolo ngenxa yokuba lezisu kodwa kulemithetho eminengi eyafakwayo nguhulumende ukuthi umntwana owenelisa ukuqhubeka ngemfundo yakhe noma esezithwele. So, lapha abantu bayafeyila ukuzwisisa ukuthi ‘yes sesilenkinga, how do you deal with it’. Thina njengama advocate siyancedisa sifundise abantu ukuthi ‘yes culture is there but there are some aspects of culture’ abantu okumele batshiyana lakho."
